Forms
Data you submit in forms
When you send a request or book a needs analysis we store your name, company, email, phone number and message so we can respond to and handle your enquiry. The data may also be forwarded to our customer system (CRM) for follow-up. We keep it for as long as the enquiry and any customer relationship requires.
Cookies and measurement
Measurement via Google
We use Google Analytics for visitor statistics and Google Ads to measure how our ads are used – for example whether a visitor who clicked an ad sends a request. In regions where consent is required (including Sweden and the EU), ad measurement only takes place if you accept it in the cookie banner. Your rights
Access, correction and deletion
You have the right to know what data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to processing. Contact us at info@b3p.se and we will help you. You can also lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
