Founded in 2014 to do things better
B3 Personal was founded in 2014 with a clear value: to always develop the industry, do things better and deliver a performance that exceeds the customer's expectations. We are industry-neutral and customer-oriented – and we fill every role, from staff on the floor to CEO.
Our history
From one niche to five business areas
We started in logistics – warehousing, production and distribution – where the need for fast and reliable staffing is at its greatest. Since then we have grown to support customers across ever more industries and functions. Today we staff and recruit at every level, from staff on the floor to management roles.
In parallel we have developed Soft Office Management, our offering for internal services and handyman work, where we take care of or support everything that keeps a workplace running day to day.
We aim for strong growth and to beat the industry index every year. But growth isn't the goal in itself – it's the proof that the delivery holds up.
