For Neko we built, painted and fitted AV for a stage right in the middle of the office – and dressed the premises as a bonus. Five working days from the first call to finished delivery, at a third of the price another supplier had quoted.

One week, five steps
The customer needed a stage for internal broadcasts and gatherings – with construction, painting and AV equipment in place. We took the whole chain with our own staff and our own site supervision.
Monday
Site visit and decision
The customer calls us in the morning. We walk through the space, assess what's possible to build and give an answer the same day – stage, painting and AV by Friday.
Tuesday
Frame and on-site build
Our own carpenters frame up the stage podium on site, adapted to the curved wall and existing floor. Everything is cut and built in the space using dust-extracting machinery.
Wednesday
Surfaces and painting
Boarding, filling and painting of the podium and wall. At the same time we dress the office – art is mounted and lit in adjoining areas.
Thursday
AV, picture and sound
Large screen, mounts, sound and cabling are installed and commissioned. We test picture and sound in the finished stage setting before handover.
Friday
Cleaned, tested, done
Final inspection, self-check and site clearance. The customer receives a finished stage ready to use immediately – five days after the first call.

Result
Better staff, better performance
By carrying out carpentry, painting and AV with our own staff, the customer avoids coordinating several suppliers – and pays only for the work actually carried out. That made the project cost-effective at every stage, and delivered on time.

Studiobygge åt Soundtrap
Från en handritad skiss till en färdig studio. Vi platsbyggde med egna snickare, tog in behörig elektriker som UE för bästa ljud- och elinstallation, och skötte måleri och projektledning själva. Patrik Olsson utförde arbetet och ledde projektet hela vägen.
